With Michigan Educational Credit Union's FREE Speedy Line Audio Teller service, you can complete a number of transactions with a simple phone call. Call Speedy Line toll-free 24 hours-a-day at 1-800-842-0975 to:

• Check account balances
• Find out whether or not a check has cleared
• Transfer funds between your accounts
• Verify payroll deductions or electronic funds transfer postings
• Make a withdrawal (and receive a check by mail)
• Make loan payments

The Speedy Line system features voice recognition technology that accepts voice commands in addition to the standard touch-tone commands. When calling Speedy Line, you will need to press "1" to use touch-tone commands or say "voice" to use the voice command menus.

To access your account through Speedy Line for the first time, you will need to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number, along with your MECU member number. You will then be prompted to create a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for Speedy Line.
